The assistants responsibilities include Assisting the Centre Duty Manager to run the centre on a daily basis Comply with all safety and legal requirements Comply with all food hygiene procedures and standards Assist customers arriving for parties and general admissions Sell, prepare and serve food and drinks Clear tables, wash and wipe up To help keep the staff, kitchen and play centre clean and tidy All staff are required to have Level 2 Food Hygiene (we can provide a 2hr on-line course to complete this). Standard hours of work are 9.15am to 5.45pm with occasional evening work (up to 8.00pm). Under 18's are restricted to 8 hours per day. As the centre is open 361 days per year, all Bank and Public Holidays are treated as normal working days. Rate of Pay : Currently £6.65 - £10.60 per hour depending on age.
